Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support for a range of products and services. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver efficient solutions.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, technical issues, and resolutions. Prepare and update manuals, reports, and service documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer support to resolve technical challenges and improve services.
  • Training & Guidance: Provide training and technical support to customers or internal teams to ensure proper use of systems, products, or services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all technical services meet company quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technical trends, innovations, and industry advancements to provide cutting-edge support.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Officer: 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical support or related field.
    • Senior Officer: 3-5 years of experience in technical services or troubleshooting.
    • Executive: 5+ years of experience in a similar technical role, with leadership or mentoring experience being a plus.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant technical products, tools, or services (industry-specific knowledge is an advantage).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field is preferred. Certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to assess technical issues critically and provide effective solutions.
