Minimum qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science,
human-computer interaction, cognitive science, learning sciences, statistics,
psychology, or a closely related discipline is required, as is equivalent work
experience.
- Practical research experience, including
incorporating user research into product designs and marketing plans.
- Research expertise in IT, developer tools, enterprise/business software, or other systems
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior remote collaboration with the product
team across several time zones.
- Knowledge of directing sprint-style workshops
and research projects.
- Knowledge of how to influence product strategy.
- 4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:

Conduct mixed-methods research on the entire
product line and work together on research initiatives including a wider range
of products.

In a fast-paced, dynamic workplace, collaborate
with designers, product managers, and engineers to discover and prioritize
research opportunities.

Promote change by sharing insightful
information with a range of audiences. Research may influence product strategy
and design.

Create a positive business effect by supporting
the user in important business decisions.

Conduct an in-depth study on the subject matter,
and collaborate with other members of the larger research team to exchange
ideas and insights.
