What this position entails:

 

In charge of managing all ongoing marketing initiatives for our business and cultivating thriving customer relationships.

In terms of project organization, quality, and timeliness, you will be the go-to person reporting to the CMO.


How your day will look like:

 

  • Finish the onboarding of clients
  •  Take part in the development of strategies and continuous campaign idea generation
  • Create an efficient execution schedule that fits the timeline.
  •  Ensure the availability and distribution of resources
  •  Produce tech guidelines and briefs
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of ad campaigns, design, and production, content writing, direct response copywriting, funnel building, public relations, lead generation, email marketing, event management, and call center teams. 6. Assign and brief team members.
  • Work with clients and team members on a daily basis to make sure everyone is on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Obtain feedback and make sure it is delivered as expected.
  • Check the project deliveries' quality
  • Arrange for the creation of user guides, instructional materials, and other papers as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
  • Control client satisfaction and expectations during the project transition phase.
  • Control project scope, schedule, and cost adjustments while keeping everyone updated.
  • Manage risks to reduce project hazards.
  • Recognize and address problems
  • Submitting and confirming that project deliverables meet quality criteria
  • Creating progress reports
