Responsibilities of Partner Support Specialist |
Work as part of a project team to analyze,
document, and transition processes to the HR Operations organization and
supporting vendor. Deliver above and beyond operational excellence, in line with assigned service goals, identifying opportunities to improve, and scale in order to elevate operations to an excellent standard. Resolve and prioritize sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and collaboration with partner support. Implement and execute service delivery improvements and process/scope changes, including vendor activities. Surface relevant user feedback to Partner Support. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements.
