About The Job

You will assist in defining the organizational plan for our global Android partnerships team as the Central Strategy and Operations Lead for Android Business Development. You will create and direct international initiatives to advance our partner engagement strategy, expand Android, and improve our partner outreach. By leading tactical initiatives and closely collaborating with stakeholders from many fields, you will find ways to increase internal efficiency, promote teamwork between partnerships, and expand the company.

You will have the chance to think like an owner in this newly established position, create the roadmap for the Android BD team's operations, and make crucial choices that will affect how the company develops and expands over the coming years.

Exploring new prospects with Google's partners is the responsibility of the Global Partnerships organization. The Global Partnerships team at Google collaborates with a variety of partners to help them use Google to power their businesses. The Global Partnerships team works with key partners to support Google's Product teams and improve user experiences across a variety of areas, including advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more. Teams develop business growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and partnerships that enable a variety of products. 

Responsibilities

  • Create, oversee, and carry out intricate international initiatives to support the change of our partner engagement strategy and the Android Business Development team.
  • Assist the leadership team for global business development in implementing and carrying out tactical programs. Organize numerous initiatives, inspire cross-functional teams to complete projects, and serve as the initial point of contact for escalations.
  • Establish organizational strategy, create product feedback loops, and aid in change management to help the Android BD team establish its future model.
  • Create procedures to make sure that the leadership teams have pertinent information, support the business rhythm, and conduct executive reviews.
