Terms of SBDHAKA job circular 2022 apply

A. The Candidate's age limit should be between 18 years to 30 years as on 06 November 2022. However, the age limit is 18-32 years in the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates. Age will be determined on the basis of educational qualification certificate. The Affidavit is not admissible in this case.

 B. Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority and submit the original copy of the No Objection Clearance issued by the employing authority at the time of oral examination.

 C. Candidates who have applied as per the circular issued by SBDHAKA Recruitment and Welfare Department video memo no.12.06.0000.204.11.008.20.501 dated 28 December 2010 need not apply again.

 D. SBDHAKA regulations and extant Government rules (with subsequent amendments) shall be followed for recruitment.

E. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination.

 F. Appropriate legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate if any, of the information provided by the candidate or documents submitted is proven to be fake, false, or false or if any fake or fraudulent practice is adopted in the examination.

  G. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts advertised and amend/cancel the notification.

 H. Online application form filling and examination fee submission period from 06 November 2022 AD: 10:00 AM to 24 November 2022 AD: Date up to 5:00 PM. 300/- (Three Hundred) rupees for the examination fee should be deposited through Teletalk's pre-paid mobile number as per the rules.

 I. As per the recruitment policy, the selected candidates will have to participate in the written test. Only candidates who qualify for the written test will be invited for the oral/practical interview.

 J. The written test of the advertised posts may be held on the same date and time.

 K. The decision of the authority regarding recruitment will be final.

Conditions related to filling out the application form in the circular issued by SBDHAKA | sbdhaka job circular 2022

 

A. Candidates willing to participate in the examination can fill out the application form on this website http://SBDHAKA.teletalk.com.bd.

The application deadline is as follows:

i. Online Application Form Filling & Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 06 November 2022 AD: 10:00 AM.

 ii. Last date and time for online submission of application form and examination fee: 24 November 2022 AD: Date 5:00 PM.

Candidates who have received User ID within the said time period, after 72 days from the time of submission of the application form online 

(seventy-two) hours can deposit the exam fee via SMS.

 B. Candidate's Signature (Length 300xWidth 80) pixels and recent yellow-colored photograph (Length 300xWidth 300) of the candidate in the online application form. Upload the pixel to the designated location.

 C. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, hence the online application form

Before submitting, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled. In case of replenishment

The candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in again.

 D. A print copy of the application form filled in by the candidate online should be retained as an aid for any purpose related to the examination will do

 E. Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Exam Fee: Online Application Form duly filled According to the instructions, after submitting the application form by uploading the image and signature, the application preview with the image can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant's copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature. The applicant's copy should be printed or downloaded and saved. A User ID number will be given on the applicant's copy. Using the said User ID number, the candidate will send 02 (two) SMS to any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner and deposit the examination fee of Tk 300/(three hundred) within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is especially noted that "Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted".

First SMS: Send SBDHAKA<space>User ID to 16222.

Second SMS: SBDHAKA<space>Yes<space>PIN should be sent to 16222.

 

 F. Obtaining admit card from http://SBDHAKA.teletalk.com.bd or, SBDHAKA Website: www.SBDHAKA.gov.bd

Timely notification will be made on the website and through SMS on candidate's mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, hence the said number

It is advisable to keep active all the time, read SMS and follow instructions received immediately.

 G. After using the User ID and Password sent in SMS, the candidate will download and print (if possible colored) the admit card containing the information such as rail number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center name, etc. The candidate must produce this admit card while appearing in the written test and, if passed, during the oral test (during the practical test where applicable).

 H. Candidates can retrieve their User ID, Serial, and PIN by following the below-mentioned SMS method only from Teletalk's pre-paid mobile phone.

 i. If User ID is known SBDHAKA<space>Help<<space>User<space>User ID & Send to 16222.

Example: SBDHAKA Help User ABCDEF & send to 16222

ii. PIN Number 21966: SBDHAKA<space>Help<space>PIN<space>PIN No & Send to 16222.
