1. Conditions for filling the application form:

Candidates who have received User ID within that period will be able to submit the examination fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online;

G. Using User ID and Password sent in SMS, the candidate will be able to collect the entry form with download information including real number, position name, photo, date of examination, time, name of venue etc. by downloading and printing. Verification of eligibility of the candidate
| If any information or documents submitted by the candidate are proved to be fake, false or forged or misused, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. During the oral examination, the original copy of the following documents should be shown and 01 attested photocopy of each should be submitted:
A. Certificate of all educational qualifications of the candidate;

C. Certificate of citizenship issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad / Mayor / Councilor / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation in which the candidate is a resident of the Union / Municipality / City Corporation;
D. Certificate / Provisional Certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh if the father / mother of the candidate is a freedom fighter;
E. Freedom Fighter / Martyr Freedom Fighter Certificate of his / her father / mother / father / mother / mother (if applicable) must be duly signed and counter-signed by the appropriate authority.
